Is she claiming Puff Daddy knocked her up when she was 8? Also, people who file things like this should be forced to take a mental exam to prove their sane. That way they're either just being a fucking douche bag for the sake of being a douche bag or they're legitimately crazy, either way we get some justification for laughing in their face.
 
This is unfortunately a side effect of having an open court system where litigants generally get their day in court and are usually only responsible for their own costs.

I don't know if there's a better system out there, but at the very least I'm a proponent of 'you bring a frivolous claim, you pay the other party's expenses/attorneys' fees.'
