Weird. I'm pretty sure that the sort of people that take selfies take selfies in public toilets a lot over here.

The kiddie porn thing is also weird. What about the beach? I was there on the weekend and there were a bunch of toddlers running around paddling in the nude. Are you not allowed to take pictures on the beach in case you accidentally get someones kid in the background?

I don't think I've ever seen little kids nude at the beach in the US. Granted, it's been awhile since I've gone, but still . . .

If I took such a kid's picture by accident, I'd delete it as soon as I realized. That's my personal stance.

It depends what else is on there surely? If it was my kids first time in the sea, or it was a great picture of them playing in the surf then I wouldn't delete it for something unimportant in the background.
