"dqs failed on previous boot"

I was using two 2GB RAMs, when i tried to start my system, there was no display. I removed one, then tried, it started with msg "Dqs Training Failed On Previous Boot Reverted To Slower Dram Speed". What does that mean?

otherwise its like saying "my cars is making a badunk badunk noise from somewhere. What is wrong with it?"
