Im assuming you mean the Gigabyte P35-DQ6 vs. the P35-DS3 or P35-DS4.

Because theres 965P-DQ6, 965P-DS3.

In the case of the P35 motherboards, they are all extremely similar with the exception of a few features. You can easily do a comparison of features at www.gigabyte.us

All 3 of the motherboards are fine for Core 2 Duo and Core 2 Quad CPUs, and all 3 will support the Intel Penryn processors coming out this November and January.

The DQ6 is the premium motherboard, with the most features. Also likely to overclock slightly better than its cheaper counterparts.

<3 my DQ6 It will handle ANY C2D C2Q chip with ease.

Best board i have had the chance to work with.

Just waiting on the X38 that support SLI to come out.

Then i will be a VERY happy camper. If that ever comes true.

Worse comes to worse i'll be jumping on skull trail.

Yes I own a p35dq6 and I couldn't be happier that I spent the extra dough. Super stable with my OCed quad.

Ditto again. My P35 DQ6 blows away all my other P35 and P965 motherboards. Best OC, most stable vcore, least vdroop, everything. Best $230 I ever spent.

Ive heard the P5K Premium and the Lanparty P35 T2R are right up there with it. (although the DFI is prohibitavely expensive)
