Why the fascination with keeping DPC from removing us from the number one spot in DNet's OGR contest?
1. It is fun to be number one

2. We have already lost our number one position in RC5 to DPC, a second defeat by the same team would be very sad.
3. Competition with our competitors makes us stronger.
If any one would like to join my mini-team (MT) the 'Federation' and participate in the OGR contest I will see what I can do to get you an honary title within the Federation. Sometimes newcomers prefer to join existing MTs rather then go it alone. When I first started in the DNet contest I had a Pentium 100 and would have loved to join an existing MT, but at that time there were no mini-teams. I have absolutely no preference to whether you participate in OGR as a MT member or simply as an individual. My only concern is that we do not allow DPC to defeat us twice. The invitation to join the Federation is restricted to Team Anandtech members that are not currently in a MT.
I have sent a PM to Ray asking if we can modify his MileStone Maker (MM) script to include OGR MMs. We could include this info along with the RC5 MMs or in a separate thread. IMHO, there are a lot of MMs in Team AnandTech OGR that deserve recognition.
