DPC Latency causes audio/video stutter, please help

rspLLLsys.64 is almost at 10,000,000 DPC count, I am not exactly sure how to trouble shoot this problem. I have done some research but keep coming up empty handed so I figured I'd make a post of my own.

I also believe this is connected to my issue in regards to my network dropping momentarily without windows even giving me an alert. It disconnects my skype calls or I can see my download speed droop all the way down to 0 then back to avg speed.

Thanks in advance. Anything I need to install or do, feel free and shoot, I'll be more than glad to run any tests.

rspLLL64.sys is the driver for the LatencyMon program, so the fact that it's counting every instance means it's going to have a high count.

That said, The ISR and DPC counts for USBPORT.SYS, WDF01000.SYS and storport.sys are all somewhat high, and DPC for dxgkrnl.sys is also fairly high. Three of the four are directly related to motherboard devices (USB Controller and Hard Drive controllers). Do you get the same results if you do a clean boot, or boot from a Linux bootable disk? That would help determine if it's a hardware problem or a software problem. Probably reinstall the chipset and other motherboard drivers as well..
