Z moved to another work and had to remove dpad from the office machines. But he still pops in from time to time!

aye, my former employer decided it was in their best interest to take advantage of the vast majority of their employees (except for family members, see nepotism). I walked out and demanded a 500% compensation increase which they had no choice but to honor. I couldn't in my right mind keep using their machine power for my benefit while working part time and making them bend over for me. Needless to say things got pretty sour and I broke my relationship off with them completely. I am now in a position with access to a whole lot more crunching power, but I cannot put it to use *yet*
