Z moved to another work and had to remove dpad from the office machines. :( But he still pops in from time to time! :D

aye, my former employer decided it was in their best interest to take advantage of the vast majority of their employees (except for family members, see nepotism). I walked out and demanded a 500% compensation increase which they had no choice but to honor. I couldn't in my right mind keep using their machine power for my benefit while working part time and making them bend over for me. Needless to say things got pretty sour and I broke my relationship off with them completely. I am now in a position with access to a whole lot more crunching power, but I cannot put it to use *yet* ;)
