NO STATS TODAY ;)

Stats are being re-done.

I already have a 2.272883 muon transfer on the new version...

Cheers :wine: dudes,

Dasm I wish he hadn't have gone an fubared the stats while trying to get the new stats up and running. I was really starting to enjoy destroying the Borg ;):p

destroying the Borg

Hardly. It's just ME.

Sadly, TACube is no longer. Just the remnants still doing other projects.
Russ isn't even interested. :(

Holy sh!t, I loaded the teamstats page and noticed we were #9...that's weird. I guess you're right about the stats not working correctly now (also, our tranfer numbers were all FUBAR).

Well... That'd be a stretch as well - there's alot of TACube still out there.
Perhaps the "oldest Borg" still participating I guess.

Back in the old days, when I had a couple of labs, and scores of machines, you'd have been eating my dust! :Q ;)

Cheers :wine: dudes,

Ok, bad news. My client at home just stopped working.... Client 4.21 runs OK, 4.3 gives an runtime error out of nowhere...
I'll give more details when i get home later at night...

P.S. For those who asked what you know, i'll send it later also ;)

I spent some time last night watching the simulations... it's pretty cool. But - I can't imagine a rod position that would result in a 3.xxx muon transfer. It'd be nice if there was a way to replay stellar simulations. (I suppose there probably is) if for nothing else, just to help understand where the efficiencies lie.

Bingo.

I believe the two are not compatible. Take a look at the structure. Very different -
Therein may lie the problem. ;)

Skipping this transitional period for the moment and doing some Distributed Folding..... I prefer projects that have an amount of status quo.

"Transitional" is the operative word. Yes - it's a little annoying to cope with version changes, but the project is real, has real-world implications, and the stats are great. This little hiccup will pass, and we're pumping results in on the new version which will be credited just fine.

The simulations are mesmerizing. I wonder what it'd be like on acid? :Q

Lol dont worry Dan, not going anywhere, used to lead the stats cos I started this so long before others, just that I rotate projects every so often.... and to be honest this is a good time while things get fixed and settled.

lol i think i hit 100KB and it auto sent the results :Q ...hope they get counted...

and yes. once the stats are fixed the race will be on again...so doing the project now might give us a hand up on the competition ;)
