DPAD - possible solution for crashing app.

My Win2K Pro system was crashing with 4.31b. The only way I was able to locate what (appears) to have been the problem was to run commandline.

It starts to load scores, then rejects for bad checksum. Do a search on the checksum in results.dat, and delete the bad score. It may take 2 or 3 times to get through the bad ones, but mine now seems to have stabilized. :Q

Thanks for the suggestion, DanC. I'll keep that in mind if I need to use the solution when I upgrade my DPAD cruncher to the latest version tonight (didn't have time earlier this week or this morning, unfortunately).

Hard to say.

The thing seems to get "stuck on stupid" for a while... cranking out stellar 0.0002% (or so) scores, then back into the 5.xxx realm. No rhyme or reason to it as far as I can see.

Since I posted, it's stayed up though. That's a step in the right direction.

Sorry dudes, but this thing with Muon is starting to make me to walk away... All this changes on the clients...

My entire fleet was down Friday, Saterday, Sunday and monday morning because of that stupid error....

I'm getting sicking tired of this changes.... Oh, how i miss the dnet stability.....

Still going.... 🙂

If this were a dnet thingy... I'd not be participating. I'll suffer through a few bumps. 😉

yeah wierd ,but I've had nothing but trouble since going to v431x 🙁
I'm not giving up on it (not that I claim to of done much anyway😉) ,but I won't be leaving my PC running it whilst I'm out.
