It's cool to see that so many people viewed my lasts stats thread with a view count of 65 , but ashame to see only 1 person post , how about some of you lurkers pop in & say hi?:) ,& some of ya regular posters chat a little? ;).
Consider the DPAD stats thread not just a stats thread but a DPAD bar  where we can all talk about anything vaguely related to DPAD, or not at all! we don't mind :D ,the more the merrier!

Local Teams output (Mpts) (No other teams are currently close to us in total points and output! :)).

DPC - 807,530 (~119.5 million Mpts ahead, wth??)
TA - 1,219,027

1 DPC user (SCSIFREAK) dumped nearly 11mill today*! :Q & thus temporarily increased the gap :p.
*Because he dumped today they don't show up in todays stats for yesterday.

Thanks for the stats, Assimilator1 ;)

It's pretty slow around DC lately, must be cause of all the nice weather!

It has been slowing up a little. I think a couple people have already started scaling back for summer heat. I've been going over to off-topic to waste my time. :)

wow, 11 mil dump... He must have lost track of the machine for a few years and just found it plugging away. :D

(I use way too many smilies!)

I think this guy dumps on a semi-regular basis (he should see his doc;)), if so then for some reason he likes to build up his results. Probably not the best idea for getting the latest sample files :p.

Btw just cos people have to stop some crunchers don't mean they can't post ;):p.

Was 23/24C today 26/27 yesterday, what sort of temps are you guys getting?

Yea that's getting a bit too warm for my liking!, especially as my room is about 4-5C hotter than out side!, unless I shut off my PC which I'm loathed to do :p.

It has been hovering around the 90-95F (32-35C) the last few days but it looks like things are improving. Humidity is dropping & it looks like the next several days should be around 80F(26C) or less.
Still can't run my computers at those temps during the day but should be able to run overnight.

We are moving and I have taken all my DC machines off line, one by one. I hope to be all settled in by August. My new temporary computer room will be in the attic and not the basement, so I don't know if I will be running any DC full time until I get my garage converted to my new permanent home.

I should *hope* to be settled in the new house by the end of July. Today I will be installing new windows and prepping for a 200Amp service. It's quite likely that I will be air conditioning the attic, if I have any hope of using my computer at all! :Q

In the process of bringing a new Phenom x4 to life (Phenom 9550).

It will replace my AMD 3000+ that I've been crunching on for so long. Then the 3000+ will move to a local bookstore where it will gain a new life (but still run DPAD 24/7).

Just for the sheer joy of it, I am installing Vista Ultimate. I can downgrade later if I absolutely hate it, but I just wanted to see for myself.

Stock heatsink for now - will watch temps while running DPAD and if they seem too high I'll get something with heatpipes like I have on my Opteron 165.

Nice! ,that'll give ya a massive boost over your Ath64 3000 :D

I wonder how well the X4s do on DPAD? their are no numbers on them in the DPAD benchmarking thread & I've not seen any from elsewhere (though I've not looked either).

What speed is the 9550?
Let us know what output you get from that, oh & GL with Vista ;).

The 9550 is 2.2ghz (200 x 11 multiplier)
I'll probably play with the frequencies later. I'm not sure if this one allows higher multipliers like the Black Edition chip.

Vista is behaving so far. I've got a lot of reinstalling to do. (but 2 years of house cleaning is now unnecessary)

The only good thing about fresh OS installs ;)

AFAIK the non Black ed's ones are multi locked upwards.
Is it a latter rev one without the TLB error?
