Edit: For comparison, I paid $25-30+ for my Club3D active DisplayPort-to-HDMI2.0 UHD 4K60 adapter, at Newegg on ebay's store.

So, assuming that this device works, it's a fairly good deal. Beware that there ARE cheaper DP-to-HDMI adapters ($9 or so), but they don't generally support 4K60, only 4K30, unless they explicitly list support.

This adapter advertises specific 4K60 support, hence this post.

Reviews on Newegg are mixed. Either there are a lot of poor-quality HDMI cables out there, or these devices may have QC issues.

I'd be curious how well it works. I've had DP to HDMI cable, it worked for 4K@60, but on limited chroma, it wouldn't work on 4:4:4, only 4:2:0, which was a bummer. If anyone gets this, make sure it actually supports 4:4:4.

What version of display port did you have?

Or what computer (or video card) did this display port come on?

RX480 which has DP 1.4 mine may have been just the cable though? Don't know, but my experience was not a positive one. I only noticed because the display gamma/brightness would not reset after I played a game which had its own gamma setting, when I exited the game the gamma would not reset back to desktop level. I started digging around and noticed that in the settings it was 4:2:0.
