Damn, 35 people walked out of what was likely a stadium filled with 35,000. I'm sure pearl jam is hurting.

Yes, it is insignificant when you look at the ratio of those that stayed to those that walked out in protest. Kind of like the hundreds of thousands of people that protest the war versus the billions that don't.

Good. Screw Pearl Jam. Shut up and play your music, and leave politics to the politicians.

MOVE this thread . . . it is contaminating OT. :disgust:

:D

anyway,

if this war goes on a long time you are gonna hear a LOT more artists protesting the war.

And I am SURE PJ doesN'T care if they fans walk out AFTER they pay for their tickets . . . perhaps these "fans" should have brought erarplugs. :p

Hopefully more fans will decide not to go to their concerts because of this drastically appaling act.

Thinks to self:
(muaaaahhhh, I hope my evil plan works, I can almost see thousands of cheap Pearl jam tickets on ebay now for me to buy)

To all of you going to the STL show see you there.

To all of you hater anti-free speechers out there, get bent.

So much angst for something likely staged by dozens of mindless PJ haters. I would think that dozens leaving a concert or other major event is quite normal(for all kinds of reasons), but for some reason these "dozens" make the news. hmmmmm
