Downloading webmail to POP or HD.

Does anyone know of a script/program that could convert large amounts of webmail into POP mail that could be downloaded to the HD?

I usually just forward the messages I want to keep to my POPmail account. Other than that, you just have to highlight, copy and paste into Notepad or whatever.
