Downloading / Using TOR as an Act of Defiance?

So it would appear that if you visit the TOR website/download/use the TOR software, the NSA has "a list" for you. In fact, they label you an extremist. (More info here.)

Has anyone considered downloading/using TOR as an act of defiance/rebellion?
