Downloading the OGR client .sit file for a PowerPC on a PC

OK. I have a 5 year-old PowerPC sitting here that is unused that I'm replacing with a PIII 600E.

However, the PPC will remain here for other purposes.

I am trying to install the dnet client on it, but it is not on the network. The ONLY other systems around here are PCs. I tried downloading the dnet OGR .sit file client from a PC onto a PC floppy but StuffIt expander is not recognizing the file.

Are these binhex encoded or something? If so, how best to get them to work in my situation? (I haven't used a binhex decoder in ages, assuming that's the problem. I though everything was MIME.)
