Downloading stops whenever I download bigger files

Hey, so I got rather weird problem, whenever I am downloading bigger files, the download would just stop and not continue whatsoever. The problem is that on my second and third computer it works perfectly fine, I can download whatever I want, but only on this one it stops.

Any idea why?
