My virus protection is about to end and trend is giving me an opportunity to get the 2006 version for 24.95. I can also choose to purchase the "extended download service" for an additional 5.99. Here is what they say about the download service:
Protect your purchase with Extended Download Service. We will keep a back-up copy of your digital file should you need to re-download it for any reason. This service will enable you to make multiple downloads of digital computer software products purchased in a single order and downloaded from this website for a period of two (2) years after the date of purchase.
With that being said, and the fact that I am building another computer, can I utilize the progaram again for the other computer? Fat chance right? Or I have seen that you can get the 2005 version of pc-cillin for anywhere from 12.00 to 22.00. But so many to chose from and the websites usually don't tell you what each one does....
any advise...
