Downloading Limits

When I download many files, I can only have two DL's going at once. Somewhere (long ago) by accident I doscovered an area in some settings that allowed this limit to be changed to 3, 4 5 downloads going at once. Cant find it now or remember how to change this limit setting. Anyone?
