Downloading .exe from personal webspace

No real place to post this, I'll try here.

Click on this link to my web space with Comcast.

Click on the .jpg, and it will load and display. If you click on the .zip, you will get a File Download dialog box. If you click on the .exe, you get a "The page cannot be displayed" page.

With my previous Dial-Up ISP, you could click on the .exe and get a File Dowload box.

What do I need to do differently?

Maybe the server won't let people download exe files... that seems kind of weird though.

Well that was my first thought. Kinda throws me though when I could do it with my previous ISP.
I could contact Comcast and ask, but that could be a project in itself.
