Downloaded latest nvidea drivers now get no picture

I just downloaded the latest drive with Windows auto update. It flashed black like normal when updating a video driver but never returned from a black screen.

I don't have a integrated video card in my MB so I'm hosed I think until I get a test card. It won't even show the post.

Any ideas on something else I can do besides getting a new card?
 
Do you have a Korean IPS panel by chance?

Anyway, just boot into safe mode by pressing F8 before the Windows logo and then remove the drivers.
 
I couldn't even see the bios screen. However, it randomly just started working again. I will remember not to use windows update in the future. Thanks guys
