Download/Upload speed?

Is it normal to have download speed of 4~13KiB/s & upload speed of 9~30KiB/s in bittorrent?

I?m currently downloading KANOTIX via bittorrent & it going to take me 50+ hours for the ISO.....I have been downloading for over 6 hours.

Just depends on how many other people are seeding/leeching and how fast.

if you have a cable or DSL connection and your upload is being maxed out, your download will slow dramatically.

Bit Torrent is the best thing to try and max out your speed.

I'm at work & it is no where near the speed of the T1 line.

I had to turn my uploading to the lowest it could go... wound up going over my daily limit twice. something like 2 gigs down, 7 gigs up in one day... they weren't too happy,
