I get downloads of 300k/s and uploads of 100k/s max on cable. Not bad, and the cable station is upgrading constantly. Comcast too over though. I hear they suck sh1t for cable service.
 
Download Accelerator Plus huh, I'll give it a shot. I currently use Gozilla which is great except it wont work half the time.
