I have been having a problem during the last few days not being able to fully connect to be able to upload and download from others. This is a message that I got on a site I have been using, this message started yesterday:

So by reading this, I am assuming that the entire problem resides with my ports or something. I have never done anything with my ports prior to this message occuring.

The result is my download and upload being cut in half or in some cases even more than half.

What I am asking is if anyone can help me resolve this issue. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. 🙂
