Download speed test please

Hi all, I am starting a project soon and I want to test the speed on this temp server. I can't download more than 500KB/s from it when the speed is supposed to be greater than that. Idk if it's the server config, the network or my current network. Can you test please?

It is a zip file with a game trailer. You don't have to complete the download, just get a feel for the speed.

What is the issue here? I can get fast ftp speeds, I can get fast http via local. Is this an firewall throttle?
