I have upgraded my computer and my download speeds have dropped to almost nothing.
My system ASUS P4B533, P4 2.0, 512mg DDR, USR v92 Ext Modem, Win XP Pro. Before upgrading I
was downloading at 3 to 4 kb a sec now I am lucky to get 1 kb. I have the latest drivers. Please help
 
first i would make sure i have the correct drivers for the modem (at those speeds, i am assuming it's modem). secondly, maybe the server u r downloading from is just suffering from high traffic. try at a later time and see how it goes.
