If you're using Internet Explorer, check out the customization options available for "Make available offline" in the "Add to favorites" dialog. Maybe that would help.
 
To save one page:

On Your Browser click File > Save As > Then Point to where want to save it (like Desktop), then click save... It will save two things, the actual page and a folder that has all the Graphics in it... So when You click on the page it's complete with all the Graphics.
