i got samsung. the normal kind. not touch screen or anything fancy. im a hippy. i dont care how fancy and hi tech it is. i just use as it intended to use as a phone. i dont evenknow how to text and i refuse to. hassle. talking is faster. kids and adults these days.... how can they stand texting? i tried it and i was like grrr uncomfortable and slow.
anyway the problem is i dial then quickly snap the cover down. then it says download mode with bright screen that never turns off.
i google and no one have solution. they only say go to the verizon store and ask for help. some mention about taking off the battery and put it on back but i dont know where is the battery is on my phone.
any help?
