I never found a reason to install things like DAP, the standard download thing works fine.

i haven't tried DAP yet....I'll give it a go.....sometimes I like to line up several downloads and walk away so the standard thing doesn't really work for me

I rather like the new download manager in Fireanimal by default. Clean, simple, and functional, just like the rest of the browser.

you should check out your FTP software, if you have any installed.

i use BPFTP 1.15 and it has an option to "monitor clipboard". so .. if i copy a link to an exe / file .. (www.blahg.com/files/something.file), BPFTP will copy the url and start downloading the file.

Why not? It handles multiple downloads fine AFAIK.

I tried leechget and it's not working for some reason....anyone have any suggestions? I'm basically looking for an option to right click on a page that has a bunch of files and be able to download all. DAP has a feature like this but it does not work with Firefox.
