Aight, I need Linux, and lots of it! I want a few diff versions so I can install and try them all, to decide which I like best. BUT, I have an extremelly slow internet connection.

Would anyone be willing to download SuSE Linux, Slackware and Mandrake for me, and ship them to me on CDs? I WOULD OF COURSE PROVIDE THE CD-RS, PAY THE SHIPPING BOTH WAYS AND MAYBE PAY YOU IN A FEW DOLLARS CASH OR SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE IN TRADE!!!

I have some hardware and lots of high end graphics software and OS's (not Linux obviously) that I could trade you!

SuSe can't be downloaded and installed on a cdr. You can download a live eval version that runs off the cdrom or do a ftp install...

When you say you have high end graphics software and many other OS's your not talking about pirated software are you? LOL

You can buy a few of the more popular distros at most
larger computer stores and book stores. Try looking there
first. Some books also come with distro discs. Great way to
learn.
