why does the download speed drop when I am playing Ghost Recon.

such as downloading linux and Ghost Recon. my linux downlaod speed drop drastically.
I see that my processor is being used like 100% when playing Ghost Recon.
Is there prevention? I assume dual process?
would faster process?

yes.

there is only so much work your computer can accomplish in a given amout of time. Ghost recon is also a very computer intensive game.
