I have an online MS Access 2002 db that holds data entered by visitors to my website. I would like to use this data to complete information in mail merge documents with MS Word 2002.

I cannot connect to the db as a data source through Word or Access.

My host told me I can have a script running on the server that allows me to do this.

I have tinkered around with Visual Studio in the past and can get by very sloppily if I have too, but I am not a programmer by any definition.

Has any seen a script that I can copy that will allow me to get the data into an Access db stored on my hd? The db and site are password protected.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated - also, I am going to my mother-in-law's for the weekend and will be isolated from all internet access, sorry I can't reply until Monday, this is just killing me and I couldn't wait to ask.

The Word mail-merge will allow you to get to a networked computer.

If you can use the explorer to browse to the database, then you should be able to use Access and/or Word to get the information that you require.

How you ensure that you can get to the proper directory/drive is dependent on your configuration.
