All I can find are sources that say it is proof that Bush lied. What are some websites and other resources that discuss why it is not, or is irrelevant to the debate? Basically that take the Bush administration's side. I want to read both sides of the argument before making up my mind. Thx.

The Bush administrations side is this:

The Bush side is it's ok to mislead the public as long as what you're doing is "good" for the country/world.

The best site I've found with info about the papers is

It is a bit slanted against Bush but to me that speaks more about the contents of the papers than the site creators take on the papers.
