I will agree Trillian is very good. I like Windows Messenger for 1 thing though, Desktop Assistance. I do computer work for people, and a lot of times I get calls "such and such isn't working" not wanting to driveback over, I tell them to get on Messenger and let me on their desktop to fix it.
Remote Desktop is cool, but I find a lot of people have trouble setting it up, and they can't see what you're doing when you're on their system with it. Desktop Assistance is great for quick jump on and show somebody something sessions.
If Trillian added something like this I would die
