Down to a couple choices in monitors

I'm down to a choice between the Gateway FHD2401 and the Samsung 2333SW. For a TN panel, which would likely have the best picture quality? Are there other 23-24" options that I should consider? I'm restricted to a budget of $250 or my GF will kill me.

Edit: I know I missed the sale @ the Egg, but I won't have the money until this Fri. *sigh*

I cant say anything about quality cuz im not a quality enthusiast... but the gateway does have 120 more vertical pixels... that would heavily influence my decision; 1200x1080 is for babies; real men use 1200 LOL jp
