I keep my house at 75, keep a down comforter pulled up over my head, and still usually wake up freezing my ass off :(

Whoa! I wonder what that kind of heat costs per month. We keep things at 68 during the day and then it drops to 62 right after bedtime. Back up to 68 automatically before we wake up. Progammable thermostat ftw!

Its not bad. I installed this Text

I never programmed it though lol

Nice thermostat!

I have this model. I just preogrammed it today. We'll see how it goes.

Nice. I've found mine to read a couple degrees too high it seems. It'll say 75, but in reality I think the room is closer to 73. You notice anything like this?

My new house (see sig) will be geothermal with electric backup, and at nearly 10,000 sq/ft it'll be too expensive to go over 72.

We've been here a week and have another thermometer in the vaulted kitchen/living room. It reads within 1/2 a degree of what the thermostat in the 8 foot hallway reads. Unless we're baking in the oven, then the kitchen is going up a couple.

I've always uncovered my feet and used them like a radiator so I'm comfortable and happy.

I have at least one foot out from under the covers normally, too.

My wife likes to have covers, so we have a sheet, 2 comforters and then the down comforter on the bed. I usually sleep with a fan blowing on me.

It's pretty rare I need more than a standard blanket, and even that is often too much. I keep the heat on 60.
