Double Vision

Yesterday I was sitting at my computer talking on the phone and once i stood up, I had double vision for about 45 sec. This naturally was very disorienting and I completely lost my trian of thought. There was also strange feeling around my head and eyes. The rest of the day I felt strange... kind of shaky feeling and its carried over into today.

Any one ever experience anything like that? This is a first for me. Im 27 and in pretty decent health. Maybe I need glasses?
