What has been your experience with online advance RMA's?

Could be anything, I've seen call queues shut down for an earthquake, a fire alarm (some dumbass burned their microwave popcorn), and a bomb threat.

Do the advance online. I did it and got my new drive very quickly. I don't remember how long it took, but it certainly wasn't long. In any case, getting an RMA is better than not getting an RMA because you are dead set on the telephone. Also, you don't have to explain your problems if you use the online RMA and you don't have some pimple farmer scolding you for not using the data lifeguard tools or whatever.

I agree. I did the online Advance RMA and got my replacement drive in 3 days.
