Double Question-Front USB/Firewire, Modding questions

Hey, I recently purchased this keen Antec case... This one: http://www.epinions.com/pr-computer..._atx_tower_system_case_sx835ii/_redir_att__~1

It's nice, blah blah, but it came with front USB, and all that jazz.

I want to make that stuff work, but I couldn't figure out how. Sure, I built my computer just fine, but I don't know any of the technical terms (I learned how to build from dismantling, etc)...

It came with all these 1 or 2 (maybe 3?) plug wires, and I don't know which jumpers to set... They're labeled like +5 and all this stuff, and I have no idea what to do. They came with the case, attached--not with the motherboard.

Yeah, and how would I go about modding a window in my case side-panel? I've got a great concept, access to a dremel, and all that, but where can I purchase plexiglass?

Thanks.

Edit: What can I use to check the temps that I always see people posting? I tried using motherboard monitor but it screwed up my booting.

Ok, the wires came with the case. The connectors should be marked with what their function is. Your MB manual should tell you where the headers are for each function, and it's usually also marked right on the MB.

Be patient, double check, and you should be able to connect them fine!
