double price match?

I am not sure if I should post this topic here. I apologize if I made a mistake.

Many hotdeals here discussed are related to PM. I am curious that if it is possible
or legal to double price match an item:

for example, buying a digital camera from local Staples, and then PM using Blue,
within 14 days, go back to staples, PM using the receipt.
 
Amex won't PM your store purchases if they have their own PM policy...
but sometimes you'll get away with it... probably best not to just to avoid
bad karma 🙂 but that's up to you.
 
Well, you can do an AMEX PM more than once on the same item. Buy it for $400 and PM it the first time down to $300. You see it later for $250. Have AMEX PM is again from $300 to $250.
