I installed it a couple of months ago. It lasted about a minute, then I went back to using 6.4.

My friend just installed Windows media player 7 and all his mp3s sounded choppy and very slow. He's got a P3 700 w/128mb ram too. He uninstalled it and they sounded perfect.


Edit: btw, that's a very confusing poll...
