Will you guys please explain me why I keep getting this double post everytime I post. I tried to avoid that by not hitting the "refresh" button cuz i know it will definitely cause that. However, if I hit the "back" button to go back into the topic list after posting, it will also causes that. I do not understand why it does that. Do i have to hit Navigation to go back to the topic I want to review instead using the "back" button" I want to avoid that because I know u guys hate those double post in the forums.
Other thing, I think I have this webbroswer problem because everytime I surf and hit "back" button, the pop shows that the refresh website has error or something like that. It's so frustrating and I want to get rid of that. I would like to underand why and a way to fix it. I will post the link that I posted the other day:

Um, i m not sure if i did it right to paste the shortcut link for you to review this post. Hopefully it works.
Anyway, if you have any suggestion to fix this problem, i would be more than happy to hear your ideas.
