Double-check Win10 licence prices before buying

In the UK the prices have altered somewhat in a surprising way - normally I buy MS OEM licences because they're considerably cheaper than retail licences, however now I'm seeing retail Win10 licences as a smidgen cheaper than the OEM version.

OEM Win10 Home: £91.97
Retail Win10 Home: £84.97

This is with the same supplier I've used for Windows licences for at least a decade. I've just searched for the part number my usual supplier lists for the retail version, and overclockers.co.uk concurs that it's the retail version.

Sound about right usually the price for retail is around
For home ~120 USD Retail and ~100 USD for oem
For Pro ~200 USD retail ~140 USD for oem
Give or take 15-20 dollars, is usually what I go by and has been similar pricing since XP days

If the retail is cheaper or same price may as well pick up retail as that way if you want to move systems you dont have to worry about it

Also check to see if this is the N version as those strip out windows media player do to EU which might make them a smidge cheaper
