It should work ok. While Asrock doesn't have the ram you listed on their qvl they do have this gskill ram listed as working on a z270 board. The TridentZ ram I linked too is a little more high end then the Ripjaws you're looking at but I think the Ripjaws will work in your board.

If you're really concerned about it. It looks like the TridentZ ram I linked too is the only one certified by Asrock to work on your board at the specs you're looking at. I'll be honest it comes at a hefty price tag though. $152 for 16gb of ram is just horrible. I honestly think it is worth the risk to buy the cheaper stuff and if it doesn't work send it back.

The Ripjaws should be fine. I was faced with a similar decision, and picked these instead:

G.SKILL TRIDENTZ "-GTZ" 14-14-14

These will work with that ASRock board.

I always want the tightest timings. I don't know what the difference in price might be for the two kits.
