It doesn't seem like this problem is affecting the performance of my computer, but it's annoying at the very least.
Just recently, little dotted or dashed lines have appeared underneath the icons found in the Quick Launch toolbar, the Programs menu, the Documents menu, and the Settings menu. It is only happening to small icons (thus, the ones in those menus), not the larger icons on the desktop or in the Start menu. There is also a similar, but solid cyan line, underneath the Windows logo on the Start button.
I would normally think this was some sort of driver problem, but I don't understand why this would just happen out of the blue.
I am running Win98se, AMD K6-2 450mhz, 128MB RAM, Diamond Stealth III S540 Xtreme.
