Dot pitch in multi-monitor displays

I am likely to purchase the DS-N26. It has dot pitch of .287mm.

I want to build a triple-monitor display for flight sims and don't know how important it is to match the dot-pitch among the monitors. I will be viewing the screens from a distance 3 to 5 feet.

Other ISP panels are .255mm: LG 20.1"; HP2065; ?Dell2007wfp? $300-$600

22" monitors with .282mm: Acer v223wbd; HP2207h; Samsung T220; LG227WTG-pf $250-$350

19" monitors with .294mm: HP lp1965; $300

24" monitors seem to be in a panel lottery and are $450-$600. HP2408 can be .27mm or .282; LG245wp is supposed to be an MVA panel at .282mm but I have seen one at Best Buy and was unimpressed.

Is .255mm HP2065 to much of a mismatch or just to small of a dot-pitch from that distance?

Many, many thanks to Xtnight for an incredible job. 10e for your many insights and swift responses and all the others who make this an invaluable resource.

Dot pitch equals pixel size. So if you're after panoramic 3D view, you want rendered stuff to be the same size on all monitors.

Thanks for the quick response.

Most of the multi-displays that I see have a larger central panel flanked by two smaller panels - often in portrait mode. If my central panel is 25.5" diagonal at .287mm for $700, I am not sure I want to spend another $1,400 to match pixel size.

So, is placing .255mm HP lp2065 for $300 each going to be a that noticeable?

The HP lp1965 is also $300 with dp of .294 but I am not sure if it is still available.

Both of these panels are MVA claiming viewing angles of 178/178. Some have said that the 2065 that is currently shipping is an ISP panel.

Other options suffer in viewing angle which I have found very noticeable.
