Strange. A nice fattening, greasy breakfast (i.e. mcdonald's breakfast or something similar) was always the best way to get me going after a heavy night of hitting the bottles. I think the most important thing is to chug a bunch of water before you pass out. In fact that should almost completely eliminate the hangover the next morning.

Ugh, I know the feeling... I had to work at 5:30 am yesterday, and worked late until 9:30 pm or so... I had left my wallet at home so I had no money for food at lunch time... went out that night after eating literally NOTHING all day long... woke up this morning groggy, but feeling alright... sat up out of bed and it hit me all at once... worst hangover ever...

Gatorade or water... try to break a sweat and take a shower. All this has been said. I also found that any found high in water content helps A LOT. Try eating a plain salad, apple or something like that...

The absolute best hangover relief I've found is to drink a bunch of water and pop a few aspirin, then jump in a pool and swim around for a bit. You'd think all the floating and weird motions in the water would make you sick, but it works like a charm for me. Of course, I usually follow it up with a few drinks in the hot tub to make absolutely certain I'm no longer hungover. :)

Nah, sounds like a great idea, I never thought of that. Basicly, a hangover happens when your brain gets dehydrated... when you're surrounded by water osmosis takes over, letting tons of water into your system quickly, and it circulates... I honestly never thought of that, good idea though:)

Its too late now.

But before you got to bed:

Drink plenty of water (or perferably gatorade)
2 Advil
Eat something with a lot of sugar

You won't get a hangover.
