Dose anyone know of any audio recording and editing software that's similar to creative labs software???

Hey there, I just got a different sound card (philips AE) and it dose not come with a software package like creatives cards do. I really like the sound this card gives out, but I need to record some music from an external cd player that has the ability to take out vocals, pitch shift and all that cool stuff. Dose anyone know of any software that will let me edit and record audio like Creative play center dose? It dose not have to be free, totally willing to pay for some decent software.
