DOS games -- Which ones were your favorites?

Ive been playing a bunch of quake clones/wannabes and I'm starting to realize that many of the old DOS games that I played back in the 90s were far superior (in everything but graphics). I remember Xwing and Wing Commander II as some of the best. What were your favorites?

comanche: maximum overkill. that game rocks.

once i fix my ch flightstick pro (the spring controlling the vertical axis snapped) i'll be playing it at a lot (< corrected for 'da pimp).

you can get some dosgames at theunderdogs.org. There are some other sites that have the same sort of stuff, but I dont know them.

the Leasure suit Larry set was great fun
how about the text adventures,

Sourcer etc. I spent 2 years aditiced to

Civilization, weined my self from that to

Railroad Tycoon. Then Came

Panzer General, We had alot of fun with

Perfect General way before that.
