DOS 6.22 on WinME system?

I was sorting through my floppies last night...mostly throwing out old, useless disks and came across my DOS 6.22 install disks. It won't install because it says it must convert my HD. I'm assuming I just have to make a seperate partition for it, but was wondering if there was a workaround or something I'm overlooking to get it to just install on my existing WinME partition so I can just access it with a boot disk.....

6.22 is a little long in the tooth . . . the best bet is to use a Win98 boot floppy with DOS 7. You can boot with a 6.22 diskette, but it may not read FAT 32.
