Dorms and UPS/Fedex

How does getting packages from Fedex and UPS work for dorms? Do they deliver it to the desk at the front door or to your room?

They delivered it to my door when I was in the dorms at the University of Oklahoma.

You do have an address in the dorms so the front desk will sign for your packages and I don't know how yours works but I get a piece of paper in my normal mailbox that I have to sign and give to the person at the desk to get the package. The only bad thing is that they will sign even if your package is damaged.

Desk, you get slip in your mailbox. People at desk quickly get annoyed if you plan to recieve a ton of packages.

we got a little slip saying we received a package and then went to the post office in the student union to get the package.

At GATech they dropped it off at the mail box center in the Student Union... 15 minutes away:|

It was annoying to have to go get packages then have to walk back with them.

They don't deliver to our campus. I have to go to the shipping center to pick it up.
